		<description><![CDATA[What would the effect be if you took the platter(s) out of the hard drive casing, and rubbed a Neodynium magnet over the platter? Would that erase the data? I&#039;m thinking in the case if the hard drive is defective (doesn&#039;t work) but would like better assurance that the data would not be recoverable.]]></description>
